Overview: The Lakes of Clermont is conveniently located in the southern half of Lake County, within a mile of Orlando Health South Lake Hospital. 40 private and 20 semi-private suites will include individual bathrooms each with it's own shower. Enclosed, interior courtyards with water features will provide multiple locations for relaxing. For entertainment, a movie cinema on-site will provide residents with surround sound theater experiences. Personalized dining services will be provided by our trained culinary staff, including a registered dietitian. Responsibilities:
The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing the needs of all individuals, carryout a progressive treatment program, record all pertinent information regarding the occupational therapy program, provide consultation to the nursing staff, and participate in utilization review to coordinate total patient plan of care. Benefits may vary based on full, part-time or PRN status
- Must have a Minimum of Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and maintain a current licensein our state
- Must be registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc., as designated by the initials O.T.R.
- One full year of experience in a skilled nursing facility, is desired
- Ability to relate and motivate patients for productivity
- Able to cooperate with patients, families, peers, healthcare professionals, administrative personnel, students, and other staff
