Job Location: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida

SUMMARY OF KEY JOB FUNCTION:

Development of sales and marketing strategies to support the development of PromptCare Nutrition Services as it relates to Enteral Nutrition, focusing on referral opportunities in the assigned PromptCare Market Areas. Works at the direction of the Director of Nutritional Product Support to create business development strategies for new and existing accounts. Assists Account Executives with identifying Enteral revenue growth through CEU, advanced marketing, and strategic sales calls. Either obtains initial appointment or assists the Account Executives in securing appointments with decision-makers who refer Enteral Nutrition. Pre-Qualifies new and existing business that advance the opportunity to increase profitable, market share. The NPS is responsible for creating marketing tools and deploying them in the assigned region, with input from the Director of Nutritional Product Support and Regional Respiratory Sales Manager. Overnight Travel is required. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, be highly organized, and must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Point person for Enteral patients being supported by PromptCare’s Home Nutrition Program
  • Point of contact for payers and reimbursement questions
  • Manages and assist in presenting all CEU in-services associated with the PromptCare Nutrition Program
  • Assists in growing core therapy services through building and developing customer relationships
  • Collaborates with referral sources and PCHTR and PCF customer service staff to facilitate patient discharge and coordination of care.
  • Clinical expertise in support of sales by utilizing clinical skills to assist referral sources with identifying appropriate Enteral candidates
  • Utilization of Clinical Expertise to assist Referral Sources in navigating Formula questions
  • Responsible for creating a minimum of 3 monthly in-services per Respiratory Account Executive (3 per month per Account Executive) to drive market Enteral growth and business development
  • The NPS will direct the PCHTR and PCF Sales Team in the development of Enteral Continuing Education programs, participate in, and host in-services associated with the CEU programs for referral sources and PromptCare staff.
  • The NPS will collaborate on a daily basis with the Regional Dietitian in the Home Nutrition Program

Job Qualifications:

Licensure/Certification: Registered Dietitian

Current driver’s license and auto insurance card in state of residence

Willingness to secure cross-licensing in other states at the company’s expense

Preferred Experience: 3+ yrs Enteral related experience

2+ yrs Dietitian experience

2+ yrs Home Clinical Account Liaison experience

2+ yrs Marketing experience

Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Both written and verbal)

Strong team player – fosters a positive work environment

Strong technical skills

Ability to function independently

Negotiation skills

Other Duties As Assigned:

  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Able to work longer than normal hours with little or no notice, as needed
  • Attend staff meetings, teleconferences and patient care conferences as needed
  • Ability to lift a minimum weight of thirty-five pounds, and able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, typing and use full range of body motions
