JOB SUMMARY

1. Supervises clinical support staff, including clinical coordinators, nurse care managers, as well as other personnel as assigned, in the organization, coordination, and prioritization of patient care utilizing available resources.

2. Serve as clinical lead for all team-based care initiatives.

3. Coordinate and supervise staff education activities (i.e. orientation, competency, skill reviews, and mandatory in-servicing).

4. Quality Team champion / Practice and Quality Improvement: under the guidance of NHCLV Senior Leadership, Nursing Services Manager is responsible for implementation and development of new initiatives and interventions that align with the mission and vision of NHCLV.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $84,000.00 per year
