LPN/RN Job Description

Rich Square Nursing and Rehab is looking for a LPN/RN to join our staff. This position requires a self-directed, responsible individual who will oversee all aspects of resident care and assure continued delivery of service. SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities and Duties

• As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.
• Interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position
• Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care
• 8 hour shifts and 12 hour shifts
• Full Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current license in North Carolina
• Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule
• Compassionate individuals
• Candidates with experience in dementia care, respiratory care, post operative care, wound care and end of life care will find satisfaction in working in this facility.
