These are full-time positions and require overtime and some weekend work.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and hearing test.

The Turner Company specializes in manufacturing precast concrete structures including septic tanks, grease traps, storm cellars, concrete pipe, box culvert and manholes. - Forklift Operators

- Coaters/painters

- Overhead Crane Operators

- Cage building

- Pouring concrete

- Smoothing and patching concrete fixtures

- Component installing

Primary responsibilities for these positions:

Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, vibrators, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.

- Wire/rebar form production

- Pouring of vertical concrete

- Sets up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products

- Places steel reinforcing in forms in the manufacturing production process

- Tear down forms after the concrete is cured

- Strip and clean concrete forms

- Smoothing and patching of forms

- Machine and Crane Operating

Requirements:

- Work requires alert individuals with good balance, sight, hearing and physical strength.

- Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing up to 50 pounds of materiel and up to 90 pounds of material with assistance, if requested

- Frequently walking, standing, kneeling, reaching, bending and climbing

- Must wear the required PPE/ steel-toe boots while in the production areas

- Good attendance and a positive attitude

- Working during inclement weather, could be exposed to extreme cold and heat, noise and dust from construction operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
