Overview

The Non-traditional Channels Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying, designing, implementing and developing brand strategies for the Non-traditional channels such as catering, call center, local field programs and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for growth opportunities thru-out CUSA System, each market and restaurant, for the Non-traditional channels (Call Center, Catering, etc.), leading the design processes, implement and follow up commercial plans to grow the sales.
• ?Work with Brand Manager and Brand Team to design, develop and support national and local brand strategies and promotions.
• Lead implementation of local marketing programs with Brand and Field Marketing team
• Design, implement, and follow-up action plans, in partnership with Operations and Marketing, for the identified opportunities.
• Be responsible for the relationship with the Call Center services, assuring the CUSA's required standards, including:
• Operational KPI's (% answers calls, waiting times, etc.)
• Commercial plans and activities
• Sales and complaints processes
• Operations efficiencies and costs. Labor accordingly to transactions (calls)
• Lead the Catering program thru-out CUSA System:
• Design, implement, and follow-up, in partnership with Operations and Marketing, the methodologies and processes to identify new customers and grow the existing ones' frequency.
• Identify new Non-traditional channels and, in partnership with the field teams, design, implement and follow up the actions plan to generate incremental sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or applied equivalent
• Two (2) years of multiunit leadership experience in the QSR industry.
• Substantial Commercial, Teamwork, and Financial Skills; define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, -provide recommended solutions, and execute the action plans.
