Is victim advocacy and management your calling? If so, this is the opportunity for you. In this position, you will oversee a team of staff working to assist victims of domestic violence. We are seeking a manager who understands the needs of both staff and victims and can provide guidance and solutions on complex cases.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and oversight to staff

Provide case guidance, solutions and systems navigation assistance to direct service staff

Complete contract and/or regulatory compliance activities

Participate in rotating on-call system that requires some nights and weekend

Promote a culture of inclusion and belongings

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required; 3 or more years relevant experience, a valid NYS driver license and acceptable driving record; reliable transportation
