NexGen Help Desk Support
Job description
JOB SUMMARY: This position reports directly to the Director of IT; assist with all facets of the electronic health records and electronic practice management systems; provide basic help desk support , answer calls, create tickets, and additional assignments as needed. Must maintain good working relationships with all HVVMG departments.
SPECIFICS:
-Develop an expert knowledge of NexGen applications, including electronic health records, electronic practice management, and image control systems;
-Develop an expect knowledge of equipment and devices integrated with NexGen;
-Develop an expect knowledge of all interfaces relating to NexGen;
- Develop an expect knowledge of NexGen utilities, including Rosetta, NexGen Communication Services, Offline document processor, and NexGen Fax Service Manager;
- Assist with all aspects of upgrades, updates, interfaces, and maintenance directly relating to NexGen;
-Provide application/system user support;
- Support and resolve requests as assigned;
-Assist in testing and maintaining NexGen applications;
-Provide basic help desk support, answer phone calls and create tickets as required;
-Maintain professional, positive effective working relationship with user community, Management, and other MIS staff members;
-Present and maintain a professional image of HVVMG. IT department;
-Other duties as assigned relating to IT:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
