POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision of VP of IT, identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to all users located on Oahu and neighbor islands. Installs, configures and maintains workstations and systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Maintains the Company’s main IT business systems; includes monitoring of server health.
2. Supports Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
3. Supports user workstation hardware including desktop machines, laptops and mobile devices.
4. Performs backups & upgrades. Handles activation & de-activation of workstation & communication systems for all users.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience with Windows Server, Windows 10, 11, Mac OS, LINUX, Apple iOS, Android, IBM iSeries helpful.
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, PC Browsers, and mail applications required.
3. Troubleshooting aptitude required.
4. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills required.
5. Must be able to work independently.
6. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
7. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
