Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Engineer to join our team in the Saint Inigoes, MD .

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage our customers Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), video and teleconference system(s) centralized around Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new VoIP/Video equipment and technologies for procurements
• Resolve complex problems to ensure interoperability of voice, video, and data services across multiple platforms
• Configure VoIP/Video equipment and subsystems
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and resolution
• Develop and recommend inputs to technical documentation to include engineering change requests, network diagrams, test procedures, installation instructions, technical directives, bulletins, and white papers
• Collaborate with Cyber Security professionals to assess the VoIP/Video systems compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), to include the completion of STIG checklists and vulnerability remediation

Education/ Experience Requirements:

• Current Cisco CCNA with 4 years of experience supporting CUCM. Must be willing to obtain Cisco CCNP Collaboration within 1 year of employment
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale VoIP, video ,and teleconference solutions
• Experience implementing DISA STIG controls
• Demonstrated experience with network technologies used to provide VoIP and video services to end users – routing, switching, firewall, QOS
• BS degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline
• Current DoD 8570 compliance – minimum CompTIA Security+ CE certification
• Cisco CCNA Certification

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with NIPRNET/SIPRNET and Type 1 encryption devices
• Experience in configuration of Cisco equipment
• Experience with Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) application programming interface (API)
• Experienced engineer that can lead, train, and develop fellow team members
• Current Cisco CCNP Collaboration

Physical Requirements:

Operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• U.S Secret Security Clearance required. In addition to the security clearance, this position may require an additional background screening for base access.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
