Join a small team of vibrant and interesting Nature’s Harvest employees! This position encompasses sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and shelf stocking. We are looking for employees with a passion for natural health and alternative healing through supplements and herbal remedies. With ample opportunities to learn and grow, you’d be expected to develop a working knowledge of our products in order to help direct customers. Job Responsibilities

-provide efficient and friendly service to customers in store and over the phone

-assist customers in selecting and finding products on the shelves

- operate the phone, answering questions about products and policies

-help customers place orders for specific products

-operate the cash register

- date check, straighten and restock shelves

-bag bulk foods and herbs

- check in shipments, setting aside special orders

- take messages from a variety of representatives

- maintain the cleanliness of the store

- collaborate with coworkers to create eye-catching displays

-a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

-excellent communication skills (preferred)

-interest and/or previous knowledge of natural and alternative health practices (preferred)

-experience working in a health food/supplement setting (preferred)

-experience operating a cash register (preferred)

-ability to lift up to 25 pounds (preferred)
