National Sales Representative – Remote

Overview
Our client is seeking a National Sales Representative to sell Career Transition, Staffing, Direct Hire, and similar company offerings to potential clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, area. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to company offices in Houston, TX.
The National Sales Representative will build and cultivate long-term business relationships with prospective clients nationwide. This individual must identify leads, foster relationships, qualify customers, identify their needs, tailor appropriate solutions, and position the company as a preferred vendor.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Sell Career Transition, Staffing, Direct Hire, and similar company offerings
- Responsible for all sales activities to generate new business
- Locate and target appropriate prospects, driving business in new and existing markets
- Manage, develop, and grow new & existing customer relationships
- Identify, source, and win new client accounts and job orders
- Negotiate client fees and agreements; address any issues with potential clients before contracts are signed
- Manage all contract closings and be a resource for clients throughout contract implementation and duration
- Work as a partner to help clients reach their staffing goals, managing expectations with integrity
- Follow-up on all existing business to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and quality control
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activities, goals, and quotas
- This role will report directly to the COO
Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years of sales experience in the Human Resources arena
- Experience selling Career Transition Services is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
- Background and understanding of Career Transition, Staffing, Direct Hire, and Talent Development services preferred
- Experience handling multiple external clients simultaneously
- Deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers
- Customer-service driven with the ability to generate own leads and develop a personal book of business while working with minimal supervision
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and understand a client's underlying business and organizational issues
- Skilled at articulating the distinct aspects of product and service offerings to position the company against competitors positively
- Educate clients on local economics and industry trends
- Negotiate pricing while maintaining a minimum Gross Profit expectation
- A desire to increase business opportunities in your market by being actively involved in the community
Benefits
- The expected earning potential for the right candidate will be $100k+
- Base plus commission structure, with no cap on commission
- Remote position located in or around the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area, with the ability to travel to company headquarters in Houston, TX, on occasion

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
