Job description
The National Construction Recruiter has the ability to earn up to $90,000 their first year between salary and commissions.
The National Construction Recruiter is part of a centrally managed team responsible for effectively and consistently filling client orders with qualified, trades people or field employees across the nation with an industrial focus. The National Construction Recruiters are a company asset, filling client work orders as assigned, leveraging current database of employees, and multiple online resources. Recruiters are responsible for following a high-volume, internal recruiting strategy and process. Recruiters are responsible for determining when new recruits are needed and will work with the National Account Managers to ensure a qualified pipeline of external candidates and full cycle hiring support. Recruiters own the hiring decision, while compelling and engaging virtual interviewing and evaluating techniques. Recruiters follow a consistent process to maintain accurate records, profiles, and availability to ensure effective fill rates and detailed insight into skill, reliability, and employee interest. Recruiters positively impact field employee retention by building employee relationships in a virtual environment, ensuring the workforce's availability is clearly understood and communicated to the sales team. Recruiters support the sales process and play a leading role in operational planning to ensure the right people are identified, dispatched, and supported on a job-by-job basis.
Job Overview:
Fill Orders – Fill orders by recruiting and selecting the best internal and external candidates that meet the unique qualifications for specified work orders.
- Leverage internal recruiting process including new campaigns, pipeline building, and re-engagement efforts to prioritize current and former employees.
- Conduct compelling and effective virtual and in-person hiring evaluations for new employees.
- Maintain accurate records and lead lists to ensure clear line of sight into employee skillset, interest, and availability for matching with new orders
- Manage relationships with sales to ensure work order and job site requirements.
Coordinate Job Sites – Create the game-plan to effectively fill incoming orders and provide ongoing oversight of existing projects by staying on-top of project end-dates, client needs, and opportunities to upsell.
- Lead strategic operations meetings and support sales by leveraging opportunities to utilize existing employee resources and new hires
- Ensure timely and relevant updates of project end-dates and availability of currently working FE’s
- Leverage the internal recruiting process to inform sales of current available FE’s, quickly react to new priority orders, and drive sales activity based in FE availability
Requirements:
Previous HR/Staffing or Recruiting background is highly preferred. Prior experience fostering and developing relationships in a remote environment would be beneficial. Prior construction knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
