Job description

As an official IMG A&R consultant you will be responsible for leading and facilitating IMG A&R sessions. During these sessions it will be your job to listen to and provide feedback on submitted music with the ultimate goal of identifying the top artists in the sessions to win provided incentives from our brand partners.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience working with a major label, artist, or brand in the music industry. Major plus if you did so as an A&R.

• Must be familiar with Zoom webinar capabilities

• Must have your own laptop, strong internet connection, and a clear presentable background to host meetings. .

• Sales Experience strongly recommended

• Must be good at multi-tasking and public speaking.

Duties & Responsibility

The IMG A&R sessions are all held virtually via zoom. The meeting’s duration ranges from 1hr-2hr. It is your duty as the IMG A&R to solicit the invited artist participants to submit their music for review to the provided link. Once artists submit, it is also your duty to provide them with quality feedback on the music submitted during the meetings. This feedback should be based on your industry experience and extensive music knowledge. The ultimate goal is to identify the artist that is the best fit for the incentive being marketed during the meetings and to give all of the artists who submitted tools and suggestions to make their music better and advance their career.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
