SMILE, WE’RE MOVING provides quality moving services throughout Middle TN with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Due to our thriving business, we are currently hiring movers and drivers to accommodate our growth.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking, experienced, and responsible professional drivers to help us provide top-notch service to our loyal customers. We are looking for trained movers that are skilled in packing boxes, properly padding and protecting furniture, disassembly, and reassembly of furniture, loading and unloading the truck all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Hourly + Commission + Benefits
We pay Hourly + Commission which is paid bi-weekly. We also provide incentive bonuses that all movers qualify for.
Drivers/Foreman: $20 - $22 per hour + Commissions + Tips + Performance Bonuses
- Must have a clean Driver’s License and MVR
- Must be able to pass drug test
- Must be able to pass road test in truck

Requirements:
- Provide top-notch customer service as a mover or driver as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings
- Greet customer upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the premises
- Communicate professionally in English as a mover or driver
- Drivers operate our 26-foot moving truck
- Movers will assist drivers with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory
- Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection
- Experience in general labor, warehouse labor, truck driving, construction, or landscaping helpful!
- Must be able to submit to a background check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Comfortable lifting heavy items (100 lbs. or more) throughout the day
- Experience as a mover, driver, laborer, or warehouse worker helpful!
