About This Career Opportunity

The Mortgage Loan Processor's primary role is to ensure the timely and correct packaging of all loans originated by mortgage loan originators. This role will also ensure that the applicant's documents are accurate and that they comply with secondary market guidelines and state and federal compliance. The person in this role will support mortgage loan originators in providing excellent service to members and third party partners such as realtors, builders, and service providers.

Requirements

This position requires a high school diploma, college or equivalent work experience plus a minimum of three years experience as a mortgage loan processor with an emphasis on conventional real estate loan products. Must have a thorough knowledge of real estate lending practices, including federal regulatory requirements, state regulations, FNMA/FHLMC guidelines as well as strong organizational and time management skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
