We are a real estate brokerage now offering mortgage loan brokerage services to our community.

We are looking for new and experienced Mortgage Loan Originators. Must be licensed w/ NMLS + CA DRE Mortgage.

Our lenders include United Wholesale Mortgage (the #1 wholesale lender), SilverLine Funding, Civic, and many more lenders consistently being added to our roster.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, set your own hours

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year-All Commission

Monday to Friday

Weekend availability

Bonus pay: $5,000 bonus if you close 3 deals in 60 days.

Supplemental Pay: NONE

100% Commission pay

Requirements:

• High School or equivalent (Preferred)

• No experience necessary in Mortgage Sales

• NMLS License with DRE endorsement (Required)

• Must be able to self-produce leads

• If you do not have your DRE license, you must be on track to obtaining it
