Mental Health Recovery Division (MHRS)
Hampshire County
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Starting salary $60,000

As the Team Nurse on one of our Hampshire County outreach teams, you will:
In addition to your RN license and nursing degree, you have experience with, and an affinity for, people who have mental health challenges. You know how empowering it can be to turn around a health crisis, and you're eager to help people recognize that potential in themselves.
Since your work will cover a wide territory, you'll also need a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Being bi-lingual in English/Spanish would be a plus.

- Share your medical, psychiatric, health and wellness expertise with fellow staff member
- Increase the full team's knowledge base and ability to spot potential concerns
- Meet with program participants in their homes and in your office, educating them about and helping them manage their medical condition.
- Carry a small clinical caseload developing and writing Comprehensive Assessments and Individual Action Plans
