Position: Senior Counselor / Clinical Supervisor

*$5000 sign-in bonus after probationary period

Mohican Young Star Academy is a proud provider of residential treatment to at-risk adolescent boys. We have a challenging and rewarding position for you if you are motivated by changing lives and have experience and an independent license.

Responsibilities of Clinical Supervisor:

  • Creative: helping develop therapeutic programming
  • Challenging and rewarding: providing supervision and training to QMHS / QBHS staff
  • Fulfilling: carrying a caseload offering group and individual counseling to residents; providing family counseling as needed
  • Mind-flexing: conducting mental health assessments and develop Individual Treatment Plans and Progress Reports
  • Life-saving: performing crisis counselor duties as needed.

Desirable Qualifications for Clinical Supervisor:

  • Master’s degree required
  • Ohio license: LPCC or LISW required, LPCC-S or LISW-S preferred
  • JSO or SUD scope of practice preferred
  • Experience with assessing and diagnosing male adolescents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
