Perspire Sauna Studio Dana Point in Laguna Niguel, CA is looking for one part-time membership sales associate to join our amazing team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, team player, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

*Work closely with guests to sell monthly memberships to reach monthly sales goals *Greet customers by name and with enthusiasm *Set and or edit booking appointments using MindBody Software *Accommodate members, make them feel relaxed and welcome *Inform members of the benefits of Infrared Saunas *Walk new members through the services *Answer all questions about services and the spa facility *Provide consistent friendly service *Maintain spa facility and appearance *Assist with administrative duties such as database entry *Must be able to work on nights and weekends

Qualifications

*Passionate about health and wellness and willing to evangelize the benefits of infrared sauna to our community *Excellent communication skills via in person, email or phone *Warm, welcoming and engaging personality *Goal-oriented and self-motivated *Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills *Experience with MindBody software and other basic tools a plus *High school diploma or equivalent required *Authorized to work in the US
