StretchLab South Loop is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven individual who loves the fitness and wellness community. Experience in fitness membership sales and/or service-based sales strongly preferred. Strong performers will be eligible for increased responsibility and compensation after 3 months of tenure.

StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. StretchLab currently has over 300 locations open nationwide, and our studio is located on South Michigan Avenue in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood.

Compensation = Hourly + Commission, health insurance for full-time

POSITION:

The Membership Sales Advisor will assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into intro stretch sessions. The Membership Sales Advisor also assists with offering best-in-class client service to current members.

We are looking for individuals who can commit to at least 20-25+ hours per week. This is a keyholder position with studio opening and/or closing responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to position and sell memberships for one-on-one assisted stretching services
  • Must be punctual and have consistent attendance
  • Occasional travel may be required for community events in/around Chicago

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Studio Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
  • Book quality intro stretch appointments to achieve monthly sales goals and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions
  • As key holder, must be able to open or close the studio, following all opening and closing procedures
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote 1:1 assisted stretch services
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
