Member Services Associate - Liberty Center

Excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable, innovative and proficient team that passionately pursues excellence in this mission-driven YMCA. The Associate delivers consistent excellent customer service on the phone and in person. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service for member registration, information sharing, and general front desk activities. Service is provided in a friendly and welcoming manner which fosters a culture of building relationships and connecting people of all ages, races, faiths, abilities and economic backgrounds to YMCA programs and activities.

Hours: 12:00pm to 8:00pm Monday - Saturday 5:30am to 2:30pm Sundays Full time & part time hours available

Wage: $12 per hour

Qualifications:

• 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have demonstrated experience in providing outstanding customer service.
• Outstanding communication skills that place people at ease and generate enthusiasm.
• Proven ability to provide friendly, accurate, efficient front desk and check-in services.
• Consistently demonstrate and advocate the YMCA core values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
