We currently have five locations throughout WNY, with office located in: Williamsville, Kenmore, Lancaster, and Wheatfield.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a qualified, full time Medical Records Clerk to our team. Attention to detail, excellent attendance and a positive attitude are a must for this position!

Primary Functions:

• Compile, process, and maintain medical records of patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal and regulatory requirements of the health care system
• Complete Health Level-7 interfaces from entities such as Kaleida and HEALTHeLINK
• Complete N2N exceptions and CCD/C62’s
• Scan paper records
• Upload records from CD’s
• Route inbound faxes
• Keep track of invoicing, payments, and mailing medical records
• Scan documents into patient’s electronic medical record

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
