Looking for a friendly, energetic Front Desk Receptionist, who is a team player that can multitask for our fast paced Rheumatology practice. A positive attitude is a must as you will be interacting directly with the patients. Our office hours are Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm and Friday is 7am-1pm (enjoy an early start to your weekend !) Paid Holiday's included, after 90 days. We are located on the Palms West Hospital Campus in Loxahatchee, just west of Royal Palm Beach.

Candidate must be self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn, we will train the right individual.

Medical Receptionist duties and responsibilities:

- Checking patients in and out

- Obtaining referrals

- Answer a multi-line phone

- Scheduling patients to maintain a full daily schedule

- Verifying insurance

- Collecting co-pays and payments

- Medical records

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
