Job description

Hayden Yoga and Massage is looking for a part time billing specialist that is knowledgeable with insurance policies and billing practices.

This candidate will be responsible for:

-Checking insurance benefits and eligibility for massage therapy services.

-Submitting prior authorization requests

-Submitting claims to insurance companies electronically and via CMS1500 forms.

-Accounts receivables and reconciling accounts

-Contacting clients about their insurance or account balance via phone, email, and mail.

-Completing payroll for staff members

-Keep up with credentialing practices

This job is approximately 15-20 hours per week with opportunities for more hours or job duties in the future.
