Medical Billing Company in the Hudson Valley is currently seeking experienced A/R follow up and appeals specialists for physician and facility clients.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Electronic submission of medical claims and related corrections
- Timely collection of payments from third party payers using thorough and appropriate follow-up efforts, including appeals
- Confirmation of payment accuracy through compensation schedule calculation and comparison
- Maintain current and accurate account information in each of the appropriate client and agency systems
- Maintain current knowledge of all job specific requirements and related regulations
