Medical Billing Account Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking full-time, experienced professionals to be able to verify insurances collect on open/delinquent accounts and post payment/denials into our billing system. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of insurances, AR follow-up and denial management, must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and must be highly motivated with the ability to work within a team setting.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of billing and accounts receivable both insurance/patient collections, posting experience and insurance benefit knowledge.
Strong knowledge of reading and analyzing EOBs and processing ERAs
Insurance and verification process
ICD10 coding helpful
Knowledge of secondary/tertiary billing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing Healthcare Industry and in a team setting.
Experience in Practice management systems, Microsoft office suite, and payer software solutions such as Navinet, Availity, and payer-specific websites for claims status.
