The HT Group currently looking for Mechanical Construction Superintendents who have experience in commercial construction for a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor expansion north of Austin. Job Duties:
- Serves as a manager on projects and provides technical expertise to subcontractors in order to adhere to all construction processes designed to complete projects safely and with a high standard of quality.
- Advises senior level supervision and construction management of potential problems, work interferences, schedule difficulties etc.
- Monitors schedule to ensure they match project schedules. Regular inspection the site to check if construction is going well with the schedule. The issues that are not going well should be shared with the internal team members, and hold a meeting with the subcontractor's manager to assist in resolving construction problems.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Construction (more than 10 years)
- Experience in module fabrication
- Familiar with local regulations (especially air abatement part)
- Experiences in quality control
