Summary
Repairs and maintains diesel, trucks by performing the following duties.
Starting with a $1000 bonus depending on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reads job order and observes and listens to truck in operation to
determine malfunction and to plan work procedures
- Can record Clear and concise notes and charge out all parts used in TINA
- Can learn and perform Basic PM Services A, B, C, D, E
- Basic understanding of air systems
- Preforms air leak inspections Diag. and repair
- Test, Recharge or changes batteries
- Mount and dismount tires
- Diag. and Repair Brakes, drums and wheel ends with supervision
- Has a base Understanding of suspensions
- Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjusts.

Education and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; ASE Diesel Certification, or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
