We are seeking energetic, attentive, hardworking individuals. This position pay starts from $16.75 to $20.65 per hour with 4 raises in your first year! You also receive paid holidays after your first 90 days! Potential direct hire after 90 days.

Job Responsibilities

Work independently or with a team. Assembly associates will use electrical blueprints/schematics to assemble various components to construct cranes. Positions are long term with potential to be hired direct full time by the client after 90 days.

All candidates must have experience reading blue prints and prior mechanic assembly background (ex. HVAC and entry level electrician work), attention to detail skill, and good work ethic. Must also have strong knowledge of tools. 2nd shift position, but will be training on 1st shift hours.

Associate Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Able to Lift 50 pounds
• Drug Test
• Stand for Shift Duration
• Must be at least 18 years old
