Job description
Oversees employees and directs operations of Meat department and other areas of the warehouse. This is a full-time management/leadership position (45+ hours per week)
Essential Functions
- Determines production requirements and participates in meat cutting and uses band saw, and tenderizer.
- Reviews department profit and loss statement. Develops and implements sales and merchandising plan for department.
- Schedules, develops, counsels, trains, and directs department personnel.
- Checks quality and consistency of finished product.
- Implements and upholds safety and security procedures. Reviews sanitation log and checks health code compliance.
- Approves and submits physical inventory periodically (13 times a year.)
- Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour
