Peoria Accelerated High School provides a safe and nurturing high school experience for at-risk students. Peoria Accelerated offers a curriculum that focuses on meeting each student where they are academically, physically and emotionally while including credit recovery opportunities. Campus life provides opportunities for students to develop strong relationships with staff and their peers while unleashing their potential in competency based classrooms. Peoria Accelerated features a core curriculum with a hands-on approach and technology-rich learning experiences. Peoria Accelerated High School will prepare students to succeed in the global marketplace by providing high quality academics taught in 21st-century classrooms.

Peoria Accelerated is looking for an Instructional Aide who is driven, energetic, and hardworking. This is a great job for someone who is looking for a full-time position with a small school while being part of a larger organization.

Requirements:

Authorized to work in the United States

● Possession of a valid IVP Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
● Bachelor’s Degree
● Math teacher certified to teach high school math

OR

• 24 credits in math (exclusively from 100 level courses or above with 12 hours at 200 or above

OR

• 12 math credit hours of 300 or above

OR

• Passed the NES test for teaching secondary math
