Job Title: Materials Handler 1
Pay Rate: $20.21/Hr
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

  • Provides material handling support to the warehouse, quality, and production departments to ensure on-time receipt and delivery of material.
  • Is responsible for the safe and damage-free movement of material by use of pallet trucks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Has the ability to diagnose basic inventory discrepancies.
  • Has knowledge of material handling work procedures, pick lists, and protocols.
  • Works under the direction of a supervisor and in the support of warehouse, quality, and production team lead and senior assembly personnel.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • 6 months of Warehouse Picking Experience
  • Max lifting weight of 40lbs

All candidates need to be pre-screened with the following questions prior to submitting.

  • Can you lift 40 lbs (max weight to be lifted 40 lbs)?
  • Can you work 12 hrs daily?
  • Can you work up to 6 days a week?
  • Can you stand for long periods of time (12 hrs on your feet except for breaks and lunch)?
  • How do you feel about the daily commuting to this facility, will this contract location be a problem for you?

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $20.21 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
