We are working with an Oilfield client that is growing like crazy and adding a Materials Handler to their team.

Pay Rate: $24-30/hr. DOE

Work Hours: 8:00am to 8:00pm

Rotation Details: 14 days on x 7 days off

Job Location: Onsite – Battle Mountain, NV 89820

Additional Information: Standard Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required. Man camp – on the north side of Tonopah -Rotate from anywhere in the US– stay at man camp on a 2-week hitch. 14x7 days off. Housing, flight, and per diem are provided. If the candidate drives, it is a maximum of 500 miles each way at the federal mileage rate, otherwise, it is a flight. 12 hours shifts + drive time to the Camp (1.5 hours each way).

Our client maximizes the value of mineral resources through an innovative, sustainable DLE process that outputs battery-grade lithium material. Preserving the environment while guaranteeing best-in-class economical lithium recovery and refinement is key to sustainable and responsible lithium production.

They use a continuous production process to selectively extract the lithium from the brine and then convert it into a high-purity, battery-grade material. The long lead time associated with evaporation is avoided, ensuring a quality end product from a reduced environmental footprint. This DLE technology opens the door to a long-needed, more sustainable approach to lithium production, guaranteeing direct extraction with reduced environmental impact and increased economic value of the lithium resources.

We are looking for Experienced Material Handlers to be part of our project in Tonopah, NV. These are rotational positions open to all applicants across the US.

Material Handlers will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks with IBC totes, drums, pails, bags, and super sacks containing chemicals. Materials Handlers are also responsible for inventory control, data entry, and abiding by all DOT regulations. They are expected to maintain storage and staging areas in a clean and orderly manner consistent with the Pilot Plant inventory control procedures and housekeeping standards. Lower-Level Equipment Operators report to the Pilot Plant Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate different types of lifting machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, telehandlers, etc.
• Forklift and pallet jack maintenance.
• Track inventory.
• Inspect materials and supplies before and after shipping to identify imperfections or damage.
• Pilot Plant chemical tanks refill.
• Check chemical levels and chemical usage.
• Maintain chemical and waste storage areas.
• Offload the Filter Press generated sludge waste into dedicated waste storage bins.
• Organize waste pickups and load flatbed trucks.
• Perform routine rounds to check plant air and diesel tank level.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of Forklift and telehandler operation experience including basic inspection & maintenance.
• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Previous experience with Schlumberger Hydraulic Fracturing Equipment is an asset.
• Ability to handle quickly changing situations under stress and to work extended hours on short notice when required.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR.
• Travel to other plant locations will be required.
• Ability to work dayshift or nightshift as required.
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
