As a Pre assembler you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities

• Assembles required materials for various production and technical areas. Powders, tints and liquids are assembled separately in the exact quantities listed.

• Labels all packages and containers, listing material code, batch formula code, clock number, weight and date. Follows all established safety, environmental and PPE requirements.

• Assures material is safely packaged and physically delivered by way of fork truck, lift/elevator or other means, all materials to the designated department. Checks for accuracy and makes proper adjustments for ordered materials.

• Supports the preassembly effort by rolling drums, staging empty drums and separating pallets. Supplies containers to pre assemblers and handles the return of batches back to preassembly.

• Works with Pre assemblers to inventory heaters and reuse containers where possible. Handles and disposes of waste in proper locations.

• Works with the leadership team in developing, reviewing and revising SOP’s and the job skills

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work any job, and work overtime as needed.
