Responsibilities:
- Accountable for storing, counting and distribution finished goods, parts and semi complete products.
- Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves by hand.
- Records, delivers and replenishes parts in racks.
- Takes charge of all material handling, warehousing and receiving activities for third shift.
- Removes production waste as needed.
- Replenishes resin and other raw materials as required for ongoing production activity for the shift.
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED or 4 years of recent and steady manufacturing work experience in lieu of education.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English comprehension and expression both verbal and written.
- Must be willing to comply with all plant safety procedures.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be a self-motivated individual who takes the initiative to complete work and is willing to ask questions as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent and consistent work history working as a Material Handler in a manufacturing/production environment. Must possess forklift experience.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, twist, kneel and work in weather extremes.
- Must be able to work with fiberglass products.
- Must be able to wear all required PPE.
