Position Summary:
- Crown Utilities is seeking a Material Handler to help the warehouse and yard for our operational teams and to conduct general maintenance and materials for the office facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs general labor to include stalking, cleaning, and moving of materials by hand.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel to track inventory and the status (check-in/check-out) of material.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift, and other various heavy equipment.
- Keep warehouse and yard organized and clean.
- Be a dependable partner with internal construction crews and external subcontractors for all their material needs, including loading materials upon request.
- Move trucks from one yard to another.
- Occasionally deliver materials to project sites when requested.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1-2 Years’ experience in material, warehouse, and/or inventory management.
- Class A CDL Driver License preferred (or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
- Forklift operating experience.
- Basic Knowledge with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Bilingual language is a plus.
Qualifications Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of construction equipment tracking experience
Working Conditions / Environment: Office and work environment is located at: 4457 W Franklin Rd, Nampa, ID 83687. This position operates in shop and warehouse environment. This position routinely operates in a variety of physical positions, such as sitting, bending, reaching, standing, walking, driving (automatic and standard), squatting, and frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
This position requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, talk, or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy spring, summer, and fall weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated. When working onsite, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and safety vest.
