OLM Food Solutions is looking for a Warehouse Material Handler to join our team at our plant in Milford, IA!

The Material Handler I is a member of a team that maintains warehouse stock that is received, inventoried, and distributed as instructed. Second Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday - Friday with every other Saturday. (Hours can vary)

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks that require manual material handling.
• Responsible for successfully moving food and finished goods through the facility.
• Load, unload, and stage products in an efficient and safe manner.
• Prepare products for shipment which may include manually stacking and building pallets of product in a designated area.
• Safely operate & utilize manual & power equipment.
• Review orders for shipment to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct inventory audits.
• Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong Independent worker.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Education and/ Or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Forklift certification with 1-3 years’ experience preferred.
