ACHIEVEMOR, a global force in career development and emerging technologies, in partnership with AlRiyadah Driving School, is seeking a passionate and experienced professional for the role of Master Trainer for our Professional Driver Training Program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is a 1099-Position

For all Tax Reporting

For US-based companies, ACHIEVEMOR has hired Remote, for all payment processing and will automatically generate your 1099-NEC for US-based contractors, and 1042-S for international contractors at the end of the US tax year, along with copies to be submitted to the IRS.

Automated Recurring Payments

Remote has launched features to allow contractors to generate recurring invoices.

Role Overview:

This role is for International relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Master Trainer, you will be the cornerstone of our training program, leading a team of local trainers and ensuring the delivery of our top-tier training. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of professional driving techniques, and a commitment to developing others.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of local trainers, ensuring the highest quality of training is delivered
• Uphold and enforce ACHIEVEMOR's high training standards
• Foster a culture of safety, respect, and continuous learning
• Adapt and respond effectively to the evolving needs of our trainees

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Commercial driving: 5 years (Required)
• Commercial driving Instruction: 2 years (Required)
