Mason- Stone Veneer Installer

Position Summary:

We are a company that has been in business for 46 years and are looking for highly motivated people that enjoy being outdoors and working with people and alone. We are a turn-key stone veneer manufacturer with an emphasis on quality, sustainability, value and innovation. This installer will cover a 2-hour radius installing at numerous, different job sites. You will be hands-on responsible for quality installation of our product and will experience the personal satisfaction of contributing to the construction of new homes and businesses. A significant amount of driving is required for this role. This position allows for growth in our company.

Reports to:

· Field Manager/Regional Field Operations Manager

Essential Job Responsibilities and Functions:

· Previous masonry experience preferred- block, brick, veneer

· Team player

· Hard-working

· Positive attitude

· Good communication skills

· Takes initiative

· Values safety

· Ability to travel approximately a 2-hour radius

· Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions

· Need to provide own tools

Position Requirements:

· This is a safety-sensitive position and a drug screen will be required prior to employment

· Clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license

· Clearly communicate with field management

Education and Work Experience:

· Minimally 3+ years of masonry experience or a comparable skillset in the construction industry is required

· Minimum High School graduate or GED equivalent

Physical Capabilities:

· Individual must be able to lift +/- 70 lbs

· Tolerate pushing/pulling motions

· Frequent bending at waist

· Reaching above shoulder level

· Alternating between periods of sitting and more strenuous manual labor

· Climbing ladders

· Work on multi-story buildings

· Using Scaffolding

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
