Marketing Specialist - Remote

Role Overview:

McAfee’s Journey Optimization team is looking for a detail oriented and rigorous eCommerce Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Intelligence & Optimization family. This role will support McAfee’s global Journey Optimization strategies, ensuring best-in-class, personalized, purchase experiences across unique audience segments.

The right candidate for this role will have high attention to detail, a growth mindset, and hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target. They place importance on organization, documentation, and process.

This is a remote role based out of United States or Canada. We are only considering candidates out of United States or Canada and are not offering relocation at this time.

About the role:

• Coordinate A/B/n, multivariant, and sequential testing activities with other marketing activities

• Support ensuring quality experience with all experiments and roll outs

• Support learning and insights as the Adobe Analytics SME for the Journey Optimization team

• Create and maintain dashboards and analyses of conversion optimization tests, and identify opportunities from data for experimentation

• Manage clear and concise documentation and communications for experimentation, globally

About you:

• Your background includes 2+ years experience with A/B testing in a digital marketing setting

• You have an ability to form relationships at various/multiple levels

• You work very well in a faster-paced, high-growth environment

• Your proficiency in Adobe Analytics, along with your analytical and quantitative skills, is what helps you influence data-driven business decisions

• You have strong communication skills, and a high attention to detail
