MARKETING SPECIALIST

Mintahoe, Inc. is a dynamic, successful Twin Cities company with plans for even greater growth. Our businesses include Mintahoe Catering & Events, Professional Foodservice, AtikisMN Aviation Catering, Authentic Gourmet BakeShop and Picnics Plus!. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who possesses the skills and knowledge to enhance the outstanding successes we have had with each of our superior companies. Each of our companies has been recognized as being outstanding in its field.

Mintahoe Catering & Events is the Premier Catering and Event Company in Minnesota, recognized for our excellence for thirty years. In addition to catering hundreds of corporate events for as many as five thousand guests, we cater 350 weddings annually.

Professional Foodservice is one of the largest corporate drop-off catering companies in the State, providing quality meals for groups as few as ten and as many as several thousand guests.

Authentic Gourmet is our wholesale bakery division, creating breads and sweets for many of the most significant groups of restaurants in the Twin Cities, from hamburger chains to high-end restaurants.

AtikisMN Aviation Catering provides exquisite meals to fill the requests for every type of private aviation catering need. Our clients include major sports teams, high-ranking corporate executives, politicians, entertainers and more.

Picnics Plus! is our outstanding outdoor event company, providing food and entertainment for as many as twenty five thousand guests at special events.

Our award-winning company is looking for a creative, experienced Marketing Specialist who can move our marketing efforts to a new level while working with our incredible team of professionals. You will be a leader in our enhanced success.

Your experience and skills include:

Creating a results-oriented marketing program and leading the implementation of that program.

Social media marketing expertise.

An understanding of the hospitality industry with events involvement a plus.

Demonstrated vocal and written communication skills including strong creative writing skills.

5+ years of marketing experience with an education background that emphasized marketing.

The drive and focus to work individually while supporting and interacting within a team.

Physical demands:

This is an in-office position. There may be long periods of sitting and working on a computer.

It may involve lifting up to fifteen pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
