Job Summary
The
Marketing Specialist will be based in
Fremont, CA. The chosen candidate for this role will report to the
Marketing Communications Manager. We are looking for a team player with a strong understanding of digital marketing to help achieve team goals and oversee a variety of media projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and knowledge of digital marketing, graphic design, content creation, data analytics, and more to will help with the continuous improvement of our Marketing performance. Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
- Execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Create a social media calendar and strategy each month with the focus being on growing our email list with the Marketing Communications Manager.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Oversee full cycle processes for HubSpot campaigns and programs.
- Manage website content on a weekly basis.
- Conduct regular digital health checks for the Nextracker brand across the web.
- Learn storyboarding, video editing, and video producing for branded Nextracker videos.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Analytically evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points across all digital platforms.
- Evaluate the performance of social media, newsletters, and website to determine performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Oversee social media interaction and engagement.
- Create static post graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign.
- Support operational and administrative activities (e.g. Trade show, conference support, brand assets).
- Visual asset management (organize and manage videos, photography assets, and other assets).
- Manage back-end logistics and planning for marketing events like trade shows or webinars.
- Help maintain department budget and support the PO process.
- Collaborate with vendors, event organizations, and related solar media/agency partners.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
- 1-2 years of experience paired with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Experience with social media management and marketing analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing principles, campaigns, and strategies for regional, national, and global strategic markets.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Experience with marketing project management tools like Monday.com, Basecamp, Asana.
- Excellent decision-making capability and keen ability to build cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) to ensure brand consistency across all messaging and external communications.
- Strong emotional intelligence and multicultural communications ability.
- Strong work ethic: self-motivated with a desire to take initiative.
- Strong presentation and data visualization skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally to events as required including occasional evenings and weekends.

$51,400.00 USD - $70,700.00 USD
