Marketing/Social Media Coordinator (part-time)

Job Description:
Join our exciting team that enjoys making clients look and feel their best! We are looking for a motivated person to help create and manage our digital marketing strategies for our medical spa in Warren Township, NJ.

Your Responsibilities:
- Content creation for social media channels
- Email marketing campaigns
- Using paid and free tools for creativity, analytics, and research
- Connecting with clients in the office for testimonials (Photo & video)
- Entering/tracking leads, maintaining client data, and running reports in CRM
- Coordinating Google ads and other PPC campaigns
- Updating website
- Weekly in-person meetings with Physician, Nurse Practioner, and staff to discuss marketing and conversion reports
- Research, learn and track the latest information related to our industry (ie. Botox, Juvederm, laser treatments, competitors, etc..)
- Print marketing for brochures, birthday cards, etc..

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of social media marketing experience
- Photography, video, graphic design, writing, & SEO skills
- Excellent proofreading and copywriting skills
- Self-starter, willing to discover and learn independently
- Knowledge of creative software
- Related college degree preferred
- Interest in the medical aesthetics industry is a BIG plus

Job Type:
- Part-time

Pay:
- Starting at $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:
- Flexible, regular office hours (in-person)
- Must be able to work our in-person at our annual open house in November (approx. dates 11/9-11/11)
