We started iVET360 to improve upon current industry standards for closing the implementation gap in the private veterinary practice community. The unique iVET360 model challenges the traditional model of management services. In short, we match clients with expert specialists who are on top of their game when it comes to staff development, marketing and financial analytics. iVET360 is a data-driven company and we have developed our own set of intuitive tools to deliver quality services. In less than three years we have built a client list of over 100 high-performing hospitals covering 23 states. Our goal: to increase companion pet care by building healthy hospital operations.
The opportunity:
We are on the hunt for a strategic, client-facing Marketing Manager to join our exceptional team. This pivotal position will plan, implement and support marketing initiatives for veterinary hospitals that are partnered with iVET360 across the United States. The Marketing Manager will communicate regularly with a portfolio of +/- 30 hospitals and process client needs to iVET360's full-service, in-house marketing agency. You'll also manage social media sites and local listings, oversee our client's digital reputation and develop digital ad campaigns.

What you'll contribute:
- Analyze hospital performance assessments, make recommendations and set implementation goals
- Conduct monthly calls each day with your hospitals to check in on progress with current initiatives
- Provide guidance, advice and feasible marketing solutions to help hospitals achieve their goals
- Deliver documentable, provable value (DPV) to clients
- Monitor hospital dashboards and identify actionable areas that are ready for improvement
- Brainstorm with team on ways to simplify production and how to best utilize available resources
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role as a senior coordinator, account manager or project manager
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction
It would be awesome if you have:
- Google AdWords certification
- An understanding of hospital sales and digital marketing techniques
- A background in marketing for service-oriented operations
- Familiarity with high-volume client relations
- Thorough knowledge of the veterinary industry
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Experience and/or a desire of working at a fast-growing company during the initial phases of scaling
