Job description

The Marketing Manager is an integral member of the Marketing Team and supports internal departments, local clinics, and dermatology providers to support Advanced Dermatology’s vision, mission, and values. In this role, the Marketing Manager will manage a variety of critical business building initiatives to deliver ADCS's business goals.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Aidin the development of annual promotional plan and lead tactical execution of various marketing initiatives in-line with the approved planto drive aesthetic growth, including the sale and promotion of services and products.
• Collaborate with external creative agencies to develop creative brand campaigns and content for print, in-office, digital, social and web.
• Execute consumer marketing programs and collaborate with cross-functional team members to optimizethe programs’ message and ensure understanding, consistency,and execution across all relevant channels.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day marketing activities to maximize growth and profitability of the Advanced Dermatology Aesthetic business including email development and execution, social media content development and addedsupport as needed.
• Manage local marketing requests and identifyopportunities to improve oncentralized programs to support local clinic needs.
• Build marketing tools, templates and guides that can be implemented both centrally and locally by Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery clinics.
• Support local aesthetic events through management of marketing campaignsincluding print collateral, email,andsocial media tomaximize success and revenue.
• Support onboarding of aesthetic providers and aestheticians.
• Develop and execute social media content aligned with the overall marketing and content plan to support brand-level, clinic-leveland provider-level social media accounts.
• Develop and review key marketing materials and lead projects through thecreative andreview process.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business management, or equivalent work experience.

Experience

• 4+ years relevant professional experiencerequired.
• Knowledge, experience, or high-level oninterest in aesthetics, cosmetics, and/or skin care is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and flexible environment with a high degree of autonomy.
