Do you want a unique, exciting opportunity to help build something from the ground up? Prime Air is looking for a highly organized, self-directed Marketing Manager to join the drone delivery team. As a member of the team, you will manage the launch and development of lifecycle marketing within owned and operated and outbound channels. This role is inherently cross-functional: you will work with Prime Air stakeholders and partner teams to drive B2C acquisition, engagement, and retention of drone delivery customers. You will work closely with the product team to ensure campaigns are efficient and drive outcomes against shared goals.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead acquisition and engagement strategy, working closely with stakeholders and partner teams.
- Own the customer experimentation and optimization plans, developing hypothesis and testing plans with a goal to automate and scale successful experiments.
- Use data to amplify voice of the customer, dive deep into product and marketing performance, and measure marketing effectiveness.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years relevant marketing experience
- Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns and/or managing customer lifecycle marketing to drive growth
- Experience developing automated and personalized marketing emails and triggered workflows (drip and nurture) for acquisition or engagement campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable insights and plans
