Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida! As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of MY Shower Door!

• Provide strategic oversight and execution of marketing initiatives that achieve brand loyalty, business growth, competitive advantage, and market relevance.
• Plan, direct, implement, and manage all the marketing, advertising, public relations, and promotional activities for MY Shower Door, driving sales growth and directly impacting long-term profitability.
• Manage the marketing team in the strategy, development, execution, delivery, and measurement of all aspects of MY Shower Door’s marketing program.
• Engage in continuous evaluation of consumer and market trends and competitor activities; adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace.
• Track and analyze data to determine effectiveness (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for new store openings through large scale awareness and exposure.
• Stay abreast of changing marketing trends and online marketing techniques and best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
• Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all marketing channels, promotions, and events.
• Plan, oversee, and negotiate advertising contracts for print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.

Who you are:

• Proven experience as a marketing Manager
• Prior success in building brand awareness
• Proven track record of translating business goals into successful marketing strategies with proven positive financial results.
• Strategic mindset with ability to implement short and long-range strategy while achieving day-to-day results.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), including web analytics, such as Google Analytics and Webtrends.
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to interact easily with diverse groups of people
• Excellent planning, organizing, delegation, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong leadership, and people development skills
