Registrar Corp is seeking a Marketing Growth Specialist to complement our growing Marketing team.
In this role, you will report to our Demand Generation Manager and directly contribute to the success of our team by increasing market awareness for Registrar Crop’s various products through multiple campaigns and channels. These channels will include social media, email, PPC, events, and others. The Marketing Growth Specialist is expected to monitor, analyze, test, and continually refine all components of campaign lifecycles as well as follow marketing best practices in order to optimize lead generation and drive revenue to meet growth goals.
Ideal candidates will have an aptitude for advertising, and be self-disciplined, energetic, professional, and self-motivated. Success in this role requires regularly working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders from various teams including Marketing, Product, Sales, and more.
Core responsibilities:
- Support all digital lead generation efforts utilizing the full capacity of our tech stack.
- Create and manage ad campaigns on various platforms - including Google, Bing, Facebook, Hubspot, LinkedIn, and more.
- Regularly review numbers and data, and make strategic marketing decisions based on performance goals
- Create and optimize high-converting landing pages and emails to be used for marketing campaigns
- Work within a number of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Hubspot, and conversational marketing tools.
- Conduct frequent A/B testing of digital creative across web and social media platforms, refining how we engage with and segment millions of potential prospects
- Display a general understanding of basic digital marketing KPIs to effectively monitor and analyze reports in Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Tableau
- Stay Organized and present current marketing projects in an accessible and collaborative way using Monday.com
- Take projects from the idea phase to the execution phase in collaboration with the Demand Generation Manager and Marketing Team.
- Experiment with our existing target audiences and geographic targeting across multiple product lines, finding ways to cross-sell multiple products to similar audiences.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in managing, developing, and optimizing paid digital marketing across social and search.
- Technical understanding and experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin Advertising, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- 1+ years experience in reporting marketing analytics.
- Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and good judgment.
- Creative ability to develop new copy and messaging strategies.
- Should be a self-starter with a tenacious desire to problem-solve.
- Strong organizational qualities and track record of effectively working with other departments/teams.
- Experience in Hubspot or other marketing automation tools.
