Job Role: Marketing Facilitator

Reports to: Sr. Program Manager

New Apprenticeship offers U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship programs in the areas of data analytics, software engineering, AWS Cloud, ServiceNow, Marketing, and more! Our mission is to
bridge the skills gap by offering experience-based learning for underrepresented populations to launch
into a tech career.
We are looking for an expert Marketing Facilitator to lead online mentoring sessions for our Marketing
Apprenticeship program. This program helps apprentices develop competencies that can be applied to
their employment in the field of digital marketing.

Job Description
The Marketing Facilitator will provide mentor-led training for courses in the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship program and will grade apprentice projects.

• Curriculum is provided
• Mentoring sessions occur once per week with 1-2 apprentices per session
• The schedule is flexible in the evening hours
• Apprentices will complete a project in this course. Project grading is compensated at .25 hours

per apprentice project

Qualifications
The Marketing Facilitator should have strong knowledge, skills, and experience in the the field of Digital
Marketing, in addition to meeting the following requirements:
- Google Ads Certification
- 5-7 years of relevant industry experience
- Previous teaching/training/mentoring experience

Work Specifications

• Training Session Compensation: $50/hr if based in the USA
• Employment Location: Remote
• Employment status: Contractor
• Estimated Hours Per Week: 3 hours at first, with the opportunity for more hours as the program

participation increases

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 per hour
